DV-KV Player does not collect your personal data, does not share it, and does not send anything about you or your device to us or to anyone else.
The short version. There is no analytics in this app, no crash reporting, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. There are no accounts to create. Your settings, your playlists and your recordings stay on your device. The only network traffic the app generates is the media you explicitly ask it to play and the discovery of video sources on your own local network.
This policy applies to the DV-KV Player mobile application for Android and iOS (“the app”), published by CODEDATDA.CASA (“we”, “us”). Both platform versions ship together from the same source and behave the same way, so this policy describes both.
None. We operate no server that the app reports to. We have no user database. We cannot identify you, and we could not delete your data on request because we never receive any.
Concretely, the app contains no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising or attribution SDK, and no A/B testing framework. Nothing measures how you use it.
The app asks for several sensitive permissions because of what it does — play video, react to sound, find sources on a network. Every one of them is used entirely on your device.

When you enter or select a stream address — HLS, DASH, RTSP, RTMP, SRT, HTTP or UDP/MPEG-TS — the app connects to that address to fetch the video. That destination is chosen by you and is not operated by us. This is the app's core function, not data collection.
NDI and OMT discovery, the optional browser remote control and the Fleet Push feature all operate over your local network only. Fleet Push sends a configuration bundle from one device you control to another device you control, at an address you choose, when you deliberately trigger it. Nothing in that path reaches us.
The app does not update itself. Versions distributed through Google Play and the App Store are updated by the store. Sideload builds used for privately managed device fleets are updated manually by the device operator; the app never checks for, downloads or installs a new version on its own.
The admin panel is protected by a password stored as a SHA-256 hash on the device. It is a local lock, tied to that one installation, so an operator can hand a device to an attendee. It has no associated identity, no server, no email address and no recovery. Because it is not an account, there is no account to delete; removing the app removes it.
We share nothing, because we receive nothing. No data is sold, rented or transferred to any third party, advertiser or data broker.
The app is built with third-party media libraries (including the NDI SDK, AndroidX Media3, SRT, HaishinKit, projectM and Open Media Transport). These are components compiled into the app; they operate on the device and do not report to their vendors.
DV-KV Player is a professional tool for events and video production and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
Regulations such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export and delete personal data held about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to disclose or erase. All data the app produces lives on your device and is under your control: settings can be reset in the app, backups are ordinary files you can delete, and uninstalling the app removes everything it stored.
If a future version of the app ever collects data, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the store listing's data disclosure will be updated to match. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
